New Insights Into Customer Cancellations

We added a great new “Canceled Reservations” report to display canceled reservation information for each class. So now you can get some insight as to who is canceling & who did the canceling: the customer or a member of your staff. You’ll also see how soon before class the cancellation happened. Note: the report data is available for reservations canceled after July 20, 2022.
