We are thrilled to welcome our newest addition – Victoria – to the Punchpass Team! She’ll be handling daily support stateside and will also help us expand and perfect our training and support infrastructure. Her home base is in beautiful Portland, Maine.
We are so lucky to have her! She has lots of experience supporting small businesses like yours with their tech needs. We’re psyched to continue to enhance our service to you without losing the personal touch which sets Punchpass apart.
Fun fact: Victoria’s very first job was as a receptionist at her dance studio. While working there, she was introduced to a less-than-stellar (ahem!) payment and attendance system 😳. Needless to say, she understands the need for a great tool like Punchpass 😎.
