We made some nice improvements to Punchpass last month! We’ve introduced brand new features like Facebook messages and add-to-calendar for customer reservations. We also made some other enhancements, including tweaks to last month’s big release: memberships.
Let your customers spread the word about your awesome business! Now your clients can tell their friends they’re coming to class and invite them along. Your customers can send a Facebook message – with a link to that class – after they’ve made a reservation.
Do your clients ever forget to come to class? Now they can add their class reservations to their personal calendar right after they book. Sweet!
Are you concerned about customer data getting into the wrong hands at your business? Now you have the option to restrict your instructors to taking attendance only.
We’ve added some tweaks to make our new memberships feature more user-friendly for you and your customers. We’ve improved the online view, and you can decide whether to send an email receipt to your customer at each payment period.

Offering customer logins? Now you can see if a customer has started to create an account without completing their sign-in.
We’ve added some quick links to allow your customers to email or call you in the click of a button after they make a reservation.
Now when you log in to take attendance, you’ll see the class location right on your Punchpass Home Screen.
