New Feature: Flag a Customer for Custom Alerts

We just launched a small but mighty feature for Punchpass - the ability to flag a customer. A flag is a little alert to get the instructor’s attention and a message to tell them what to do. We’ve purposely left this feature very simple because it can be used for so many different situations. We’d love to hear how it helps you!

Here’s how it works:

The flag icon also appears after their name when looking at the customer list or reservations. That’s it! To remove the flag go to the customer’s account and click Remove.
